Maybe the horses will even talk back to the film : ) Let the aroma of the last night of summer and the sweet sound of horses nearby fill the air as you sit back and watch the show. Every year, this event benefits the Virginia Thoroughbred Project (VTP), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the aftercare of these magnificent animals. The VTP, located on the historic grounds of James Madison’s Montpelier, is committed to providing a lifetime of tranquility for Thoroughbreds whose racing careers were cut short by injury or who were not suitable for the demanding sport. With their tireless efforts, the VTP ensures these horses receive the care, love, and support they need and by attending their Annual Barn Party, you will directly contribute to the VTP’s mission and join them in setting the gold standard for Thoroughbred aftercare in Virginia.
