TAA Day at the Races at Florida Derby
Gulfstream Park 901 S Federal Hwy, Hallandale Beach, FL, United StatesGulfstream Park and 1/ST host TAA Day at the Races on Florida Derby Day! The TAA will have a named race on Saturday, April 2, 2022 on the undercard at Gulfstream Park. Immediately following the race a TAA blanket and swag bag will be presented in the winner’s circle. For one day only, jockeys will have the opportunity to pledge their mounts to the TAA. In January 2022 the TAA hosted Off to the Races its inaugural online auction campaign of bucket list experiences. The 2022 Florida Derby is the first of 12 experiences the TAA will have auction winners in attendance.

Saratoga Race CourseNYRA will partner with the New York Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association (NYTHA) and New York Thoroughbred Breeders (NYTB) in hosting the second annual New York Thoroughbred Aftercare Day. The day will pay tribute to an array of organizations involved in finding new homes and careers for retired racehorses.
