 Farm Fall Fest  Halloween Family Fun up front; Spooky Horse games in the back! Bring the whole family and your appetites! When: October 22nd 11AM - 1PM Rider registration 10AM Where: Thoroughbred Athletes 2851 S. Midwest Blvd Guthrie, OK 73044 This Saturday, an event open to the community and equestrians! Family fun up front; equestrian games in the back. Come join us for kid and teen pony rides, pumpkin painting, hay rides, a professional photographer doing family photo shoots, games, costume contest with prizes to various age groups each hour for kids 3-12, face painting and so much more! In the back we have a play day ride with prizes, spooky arena games with prizes, a haunted trail course and a horse and rider costume contest with prize to the winner. There will be spooky themed food you can buy by the plate, a bake sale plate to fill up for just $5 and kids meals. Come support a local nonprofit while having a blast celebrating Halloween with us! Hope for Horses: Trunk-or-Treat

Join Hope for Horses for an evening of fun! Park your car, pop your trunk and let the trick-or-treating begin! Meet the H4H staff, volunteers, and horses. -Decorate your trunk and wear your best costume! -Host vehicles bring their own candy! -Prizes are awarded for the best-decorated trunk and costume! Host vehicles can arrive at 5:30 PM to decorate their trunks.

In honor of the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance (TAA)’s 10-year anniversary, the Official Aftercare Partner of the Breeders’ Cup will premiere its short film, ‘Celebrating Ten Years’ at The Kentucky Theatre’s Horse: An Equine Film Festival. The historic downtown Lexington theatre will host the weeklong film festival from October 31 to November 4, 2022. The TAA’s ten-minute film, ‘Celebrating Ten Years,’ is scheduled to premiere three times at The Kentucky Theatre: 7:40 PM on Tuesday, November 1 before ‘Secretariat’ 7:30 PM on Thursday, November 3 before the documentary, ‘Born to Rein’ 1:30 PM on Friday, November 4 before ‘Born to Rein’ Produced by Emmy Award winner, Steve Scheidler, ‘Celebrating Ten Years’ features interviews from major proponents in Thoroughbred racing and aftercare advocacy including John Phillips, Michael Blowen, Terry Finley, Dora Delgado, Jeffrey Bloom, Dale Romans, Madeline Auerbach, Jimmy Bell, Natalie Voss, Nick Zito, and Nicole Walker. 2022 Breeders’ Cup World Championships

The Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance (TAA) will once again be named the Official Aftercare Partner of the Breeders’ Cup World Championships Nov. 4-5 at Keeneland. The Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance is also an Official Charity of the Breeders’ Cup, along with Race Track Chaplaincy of America and the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund, among others. During the World Championships, the TAA will present its Grade 2 namesake race–formerly the Marathon Stakes–on Friday’s championship undercard. Click here to read more.
