Participants can contribute to the TAA through buying and selling. All sellers/owners will be charged .05% of the sales price on each horse sold as an aftercare assessment. Buyers will be billed .05% of the purchase price on behalf of the TAA, with participation voluntary. Keeneland will continue to contribute an additional .05% of the sales price on each horse sold.
